Richard Harmon is an actor best known for his role Ray Snider on the Cartoon Network action series Tower Prep and for his role Julian Randol on the showcase science fiction series Continuum.

Richard Harmon made his TV debut in 2003 on the TV series Jeremiah. Richard had a recurring role on the Cartoon Network action series Tower Prep as Ray Snider a bully and former roommate of the main character Ian Archer and a recurring role on the AMC crime drama The Killing as Jasper Ames the ex-boyfriend of Rosie Larsen who suspected of been involved in her murder.


Richard Harmon had a recurring role in 2012 on the showcase science fiction series Continuum as Julian Randol the step brother of the main character Alex Sadler and the future founder of the anti-cooperation movement Liberate.
